Hendre Huffcap

The round fruits of Oldfield become green to yellow with russet at both ends. Produces a good quality medium tannin Perry. Grows into a small to medium sized tree for a Perry Pear.

A quality pear – creamy white flesh, melting, juicy, with a rich sweet flavour. Medium sized fruit ripening to yellow green with pink red flush.

An excellent tasting handsome pear. The pears ripen to have a fine cinnamon russet over warm golden brown skin. The creamy white flesh is very juicy, melting, rich in flavour.
