Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept debit and credit cards. Other than through the website you may send your card information via phone or post.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In this case we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
Delivery Schedule

In the case of early orders we will contact you late November to arrange a convenient delivery or collection date. Out of Stock
If your item is not in stock, we cannot supply it at that time of year. There should be an out of stock message on the product page which indicates when it will next be available.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK no VAT is added to fruit trees or bushes. VAT is included in the carriage charge and any other costs where VAT is applied.
Payment Card Security
We take card security very seriously. For your security we use a Payment Service Provider, Sage Pay, who fully comply with card security standards. When your order is placed at our website your card numbers are held by the Payment Service Provider until being committed. We do not see or have a record of your card details
