One of the earliest dessert apples picked from mid August when crisp, juicy & sweet. Skin bright crimson. The flesh can also be tinged pink around the edges.

Consume quickly after picking as the apples will not keep. Disease- resistant and suitable for colder areas. A partial tip-bearer but grows well as an espalier.
