Colney was developed in the 1980s at the John Innes Centre, Norwich and was named after the nearby village of Colney.
We only have a few trees available for this winter 2022-23. It is not self fertile but can be pollinated by other self fertile varieties such as Stella, Sunburst & Summersun which was also bred at the John Innes Centre.
