Developed by Geisenheim Research Institute in Germany and introduced in 1980. Being a recent introduction it is protected by Plant breeders rights and is produced by tissue culture. This means it is an expensive rootstock that we do not grow trees on because of its cost despite of some of its advantages. Two year non organic rootstocks.
