We supply rootstocks once they have been harvested and sorted, between February and March. We will email you an Order Confirmation when we take payment, before being getting in touch to arrange delivery or collection.
Pear rootstock Quince A – moderate
Quince is nowadays used as a rootstock for pears, being fully compatible with most varieties. Moderate vigour Quince A rootstock results in a tree of 4-5m (12-15ft). Suitable for all forms – bush trees, cordons & espaliers. Into cropping within 4-6 years. Two year non organic rootstocks.

Grafting sealant
This grafting sealant (& pruning compound) is ready to use and is applied by brush to the exposed cut surfaces after the graft has been tied in to form an elastic weatherproof seal.
