Hartpury Green
A very old variety first mentioned in 1662. It produces round or oblate fruits that are harvested in the second half of October.

Hendre Huffcap
A variety with desirable qualities producing a pleasant light perry of good quality. Pears different in shape to many other Perry’s being elliptical.

Jefferson’s Gage
Gages are yellow green skinned with red russet dots with a long faint suture from top to bottom. The flesh is golden yellow, sweet and of good flavour.

Judge Amphlett
Pears yellow or greenish yellow sometimes with a reddish flush on sun exposed side. Produces a very pleasant medium acid, low tannin, light perry.

Mirabelle Golden Sphere
A relatively new variety bred producing good sized yellow spherical fruits with golden flesh that is sweet with a plum like flavour. Good as a dessert fruit it can also be cooked. Though hardy like other Mirabelles it flowers early so benefits from a sheltered situation.
